Why we do this work
A wound that won’t heal can take over a person’s life. It can make it hard to walk, sleep or leave home. Getting to a wound clinic every week can be hard, especially for older adults and people with diabetes.
Our mission is to bring careful, specialist wound care to the people who need it most, in the place where they live.

Treatment follows your doctor’s orders. We send progress notes and call when the plan may need to change.

We teach patients, families and staff how to keep new wounds from starting, and we leave a prevention plan when care ends.

A clinician from our wound care team. We will tell you who to expect before your first visit.
Do you replace my regular doctor?
No. We work with your doctor. Your doctor orders the treatment, and we send updates after visits.
